TENANT COMPLAINT. MOBILE HOME IN BAD CONDITION.
WALL IN HOUSE IS COMPLETLEY SEPERATED IN HOUSE,
2X4 ARE ROTTED. ELECTRIC SHORTING OUT IN KITCHEN,
WATER COMING IN THROUGH THE WALLS WHERET HE STOVE
IS, CAUSED A KITCHEN FIRE. (FAN ABOVE STOVE CAUGHT
FIRE) WINDOWS ALL LEAK, THEY HAVE PLEXIGLASS AND
DUCT TAPE ON THEM. NO SCREENS IN THE WINDOWS.
THERE ARE HOLES IN THE SIDING, WATER GETTING INTO
THE EXTERIOR WALLS OF THE HOME.

MISSING HOWEVER OWNER STATED THAT THE
NEW SJIRTING IS ORDERED. SHE HAS YET TO
INSTALL A SMOKE ALARM WHICH CEO INFORMED
HER SHE HAS TO PUT ONE IN FOR SAFTEY.
SHE STATED SHE WOULD GET ONE INSTALLED
ASAP. ALL WINDOWS LOOK REPLACED EXCEPT
FOR ONE WHICH CEO TOLD HER SHE NEEDS TO
GET REPLACED AS WELL AND GET SOME
SCREENS FOR THE WINDOWS. A COUPLE PIECES
OF SIDING MISSING WHICH OWNER STATED SHE
WOULD GET FIXED. CEO INFORMED HER AGAIN
THAT IT WOULD BE IN HER BEST INTEREST TO
GET A NEW ROOF INSTALLED SINCE IT LOOKS
WEATHERED. SHE STATED THAT SHE IS TRYING
TO SAVE MONEY AND WANTS TO REPLACE AND
PUT A BRAND NEW MOBILE HOME ON THIS
PROPERTY. OWNER TOLD CEO THAT SHE WILL
CONTACT CEO WHEN ALL OTHER REPAIRS ARE
MADE TO REINSPECT. RSM/DR 1 HOUR

REPAIRED. TENANT HAS REMOVED THE SMOKE
DETECTOR AND NOT COMPLETED WORK HE WAS
AUTHORIZED TO DO. SHE WILL GAIN ACCESS
IN DECEMBER AND MAKE REPAIRS THEN CALL
FOR REINSPECTION.

10-11-202205:09 PMINITIAL INSPECTIONMET TENANT ONSITE. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
ARE STANDARD HOUSING VIOLATIONS AND NEED
TO BE CORRECTED/ REPAIRED.
1. THE KITCHEN HOOD EXHAUST FAN HAS
SHORTED AND IS A FIRE DANGER. HOOD NEEDS
TO BE REPLACED/REPAIRED TO BE FUNCTIONAL
AND SAFE.
2. THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS OF THE
EXTERIOR SIDING THAT ARE LOOSE OR
MISSING. SIDING NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED/REPLACED TO BE COMPLETE AND NOT
ALLOW WATER INTRUSION.
3. THE EXTERIOR WALL IN THE UTILITY ROOM
AREA HAS ROTTED AND DISL;ODGED FROM THE
FLOOR SYSTEM. THIS WALL NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED AND SECURED TO THE FLOOR SYSTEM
AND FRAME OF UNIT.
4. THERE ARE SEVERAL WINDOWS THAT ARE
NON-FUNCTIONAL AND HAVE BROKEN PANES OF
GLASS. ALL WINDOWS WILL NEED TO BE
REPAIRED TO BE OPERATIONAL WITH GL;ASS
INTACT OR REPLACED.
5. THE BEDROOM WALL HAS HOLES AND IS
DAMAGED. ALL INTERIOR WALLS NEED TO BE
REPAIRED TO NOT HAVE HOLES OR DAMAGE.
6. THERE ARE LARGE AREAS OF THE SKIRTING
THAT IS MISSING AND DAMAGED. SKIRTING
NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED/REPLACEDTO BE FULLY
INTACT.
7. THE CEILINGS SHOW NO SIGN OF WATER
STAINS OR WATER INTRUSION BUT THE ROOF
APPEARS TO BE WELL AGED. CONSIDERATION
SHOULD BE GIVEN TO A NEW ROOF
INSTALLATION.
8. THERE IS NO SMOKE DETECTOR ION THE
HOME. AN OPERABLE SMOKE DETECTOR MUST BE
INSTALLED IN THE HOME.
I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO
OWNER OF RECORD FOR THEIR INFORMATION
AND REQUEST THAT THEY CALL THE BUILDING
DEPARTMEWNT (863-402-6643) WHEN REPAIRS
ARE COMPLETE FOR RE-INSPECTION TO CLOSE
THIS CASE.
