THE HOME HAVE TOLD MY FATHER THAT THE
HOME IS BEAUTIFUL BUT DO TO THE
SITUATION ACROSS THE STREET ON 3623
NEWYORK AVE A SALE CAN'T BE MADE. PLEASE
TAKE CARE OF THIS ONE SITUATION. WE SEE
THE POSSIBILITY OF DRUGS AND
PROSTITUTION AT THIS LOCATION AND WE
HAVE HESITATED TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM

FROM THE FIRST TIME I ARRIVED I NOTICED
THAT THERE WAS A LOT OF TRAFFIC STOPPING
AT THE HOME ACROSS FROM ME. THERE WERE
CARS THERE AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND
NIGHT. THE OWNER, FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND
WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND HAS NOT LIVED
THERE IN ALMOST A YEAR. WHOEVER IS NOW
LIVING THERE NOW HAS NOT PAID THE
ELECTRIC BILL, SO THERE IS NO POWER OR
WATER IN THE PLACE. THEY COLLECT WATER
WHEN IT RAINS TO WASH THEIR CLOTHES AND
FLUSH THE TOILETS. THEY HAVE A GENERATOR
RUNNING ALMOST 24 HOURS A DAY. THE NOISE
IS VERY ANNOYING. IF THE POWER WERE OFF
DUE TO A STORM, IT WOULDN’T BE A
PROBLEM, BUT THEY JUST DON’T PAY THE
BILLS. WHAT CAN BE DONE?

ALSO, THERE IS GARBAGE ALL OVER THE
GROUND IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. THERE
IS A HOARDING SITUATION GOING ON THERE.
I’VE SEEN THEM GOING THROUGH THEIR OWN
TRASH AND THROWING IT BACK AT THE
BUILDING. IT’S SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE! I AM
NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN, BUT I CAN’T EVEN
HEAR THE BIRDS ANYMORE. I DIDN’T MOVE TO
FLORIDA TO LISTEN TO A MOTOR RUNNING
24/7!
IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE?
