AREA, WITH VERY DARK, RICH SOIL.
APPROACHED HOME AND SPOKE WITH OWNER,
NICOLE 954-851-4851 AND INFORMED HER
THAT A LANDCLEARING PERMIT WOULD BE
REQUIRED, ALSO THERE MAY BE AN ISSUE
WITH THE AREA BEING DISTURBED, AS IT
APPEARS TO BE WETLANDS. CE THEN
APPROACHED THE GENTLEMAN ON THE LOADER
AND INFORMED HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO STOP
WORK IMMEDIATLEY WHICH HE DID. INFORMED
HIM ALSO, THAT A LANDCLEARING PERMIT
WOULD BE REQUIRED. PHONED PLANNING (MC)
AND SHE ASKED FOR PHOTOS AND EMAIL
DIRECTLY, WHICH WAS PROVIDED FOR FURTHER
DIRECTION FROM DEP (SHE WOULD CONTACT).
LEAVING CASE OPEN FOR FUTHER ENFORCEMENT
BY THE DIRECTION OF PLANNING AFTER DEP
INVESTIGATION. ALSO INFORMED PROPERTY
OWNER THAT DEP WAS BEING CONACTED, AND
MAY INSPECT THE PROPERTY THEMSELVES IN
