COMPLETELY BROKEN OUT. SOME WINDOWS WITH
GLASS SHARDS WHICH IS A DANGER. MOST OF
THE SKIRTING IS MISSING AND/OR BROKEN.
INSULATION BUSTING OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF
THE MOBILE HOME IN MULTIPLE AREAS. THIS
STRUCTURE SUFFERED INSIDE FIRE DAMAGE.
THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN AREA AND
BURNT AND HAS A LOT OF SMOKE DAMAGE. THE
CEILING HAS HOLES AND IS FALLING
THROUGH. THIS STRUCTURE IS NOT SOUND AND
IS CONDEMED OF HUMAN OCCUPANCY WHICH THE
SON AND DAUGHTER WERE BOTH INFORMED OF.
THIS STRUCTURE CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AND
NEEDS TO BE DEMOED. THE SON AND DAUGHTER
SAID THEY ARE AWAITING LIFE INSURANCE OF
THE DECEASED OWNER TO START THE DEMO.
THEY STATED THEY ARE GOING TO START
PROBATE AS WELL. ANOTHER DAUGHTERS
