ELEMENTS. THE ACTUAL UNIT DOES NOT SHOW
ANY SIGN OF DAMAGE. I WILL CLOSE THIS
CASE AS THERE IS NO SIGN OF DANGER TO
THE PUBLIC NOR STRUCTURAL CONCERNS.
