06-22-202208:12 PMINITIAL INSPECTIONTHIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE HOME THAT
IS IN POOR CONDITION. THE FOLLOWING
ITEMS WILL HAVE TO BE CORRECTED BEFORE
FINAL INSPECTION.
1. ALL OF THE WINDOWS WILL HAVE TO BE
REPLACED OR MADE OPERABLE WITH NO BROKEN
PANES OF GLASS AND SCREENS INSTALLED.
2. THE INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD WILL
HAVE TO BE REPAIRED/REPLACED.
3. ALL OF THE BRANCH CIRCUITS FROM THE
ELECTRIC PANEL HAVE BEEN REMOVED. THIS
WILL REQUIRE THAT THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. THIS
WILL REQUIRE PERMITTING BY A LICENSED
ELECTRICIAN AND UNIT WILL HAVE TO HAVE
MOST OF THE INTERIOR WALL COVERINGS
REMOVED FOR INSTALLATION OF WIRING.
4. THERE IS A SECTION OF THE BOX BEAM
THAT HAS ROTTED TO FAILURE AND
NON-EXISTANCE AT THE FRONT CORNER OF THE
UNIT. THIS WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND
EXTERIOR WALL SECTION WILL NEED TO BE
REATTACHED TO THE BOX BEAM AND FRAME.
5. THE WATER HEATER DOES NOT HAVE A
RELIEF LINE. A RELIEF LINE WILL NEED TO
BE INSTALLED THAT EXTENDS BENEATH THE
UNIT.
6. THERE IS A FLEX PIPS ASSEMBLY UNDER
THE SINK IN THE BEDROOM BATH. THIS PIPE
IS NOT A LISTED ASSEMBLY AND WILL HAVE
TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH PROPER
PIPE FITTING.
7. ALL INTERIOR DOORS WILL HAVE TO BE
PROPERLY FITTED IN THE FRAMS AND ALL
HARDWARE WILL HAVE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY.
8. ALL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WALLS WILL
HAVE TO BE FREE OF HOLES AND IN GOOD
CONDITION.
THE COSTS OF THESE REPAIRS WILL
CERTAINLY EXCEED THE VALUE OF THIS UNIT
AND DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL FROM THE
PROPERTY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED.
