CHAINLINK AND PRIVACY FENCE BACK TO
BACK. THE FENCE IS NOT IN DISREPAIR.
PAUL WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE CHAINLINK
FENCE REMOVED, WHICH CEO ADVISED WE CAN
NOT MAKE THIS OWNER REMOVE THE FENCE.
PAUL DOESN'T WANT TO HAVE TO MAINTAIN
THE WEEDS EITHER. CEO TALKED WITH BOTH

FIND THAT THE CASE WAS CLOSED AS
UNFOUNDED. HE DEMANDED THAT THE CASE BE
REOPENED AND AN OFFER GO BACK OUT AND
MAKE THEM CUT THE GRASS IN THE SMALL GAP
BETWEEN THE TWO FENCES. I STATED THAT
THE COUNTY CODE STIPULATED THAT THE
GRASS ON THE PROPERTY BE CUT BUT IF
THERE IS A GAP BETWEEN FENCES IN WHICH
THE GRASS CANNOT BE CUT THAT IS NOT
STIPULATED IN THE CODE AND MAY NOT BE
ENFORCABLE. MR DEMAR ASKED AGAIN TO
REOPEN THE CASE AND I STATED THAT I
CANNOT REOPEN THE CASE BUT I CAN CREATE
A NEW CASE, AT WHICH POINT MR DEMAR
BEGAN SWEARING AT ME. I WARNED HIM THAT
IF HE DOES NOT STOP I WILL HAVE TO HANG
UP THE PHONE. AT THIS POINT MR DEMAR
BEGAIN SWEARING AGAIN, CALLING ME
COLORFULL NAMES AND THREATENING ME. I
DISCONNECTED, MR DEMAR CALLED BACK AND
ASKED FOR MY NAME AND MY SUPERVISORS
NAME AND SAIF HE WOULD LIKE A CALL FROM
MY SUPERVISOR. GC
