CITATION WITH HIM AND EXPLAIN WHAT WAS
CITED, WHY, AND WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING.
HE WOULD STILL LIKE A CALL FROM A
SUPERVISOR AT 863-471-7018.

APOUT THIS PROPERTY, SHE CALLED TO
STATED THAT THE PROPERTY IS READY FOR
INSPECTION. SHE ALSO WANTED TO COMPLAIN
THAT SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY
WERE CITED SHE WAS BEING RUDE, BUT I
TRIED TO HELP ANYWAY. I EXPLAINED THE
TIMELINE AND THAT THE COMPLAINT WE
RECIEVED AND THE CITATION ARE NOT THE
SAME THING. WE ARE REQUIRED TO
INVESTIGATE ALL CITATIONS BUT THE
OFFICER CAN WRITE ANY VIOLATIONS THEY
SEE ON THE PROPERTY WHEN THEY ARE THERE.
SHE SAID THEY WERE CLEANING THEIR GARAGE
AND COULD ONLY WORK ON WEEKENDS, I
EXPLAINED THAT WHILE THAT MAY BE TRUE
THEY ITEMS BEING LEFT OUT FOR WEEKS ARE
STILL IN VIOLATION. SHE SAID THAT THE
OFFICER TOLD HER THAT THEIR WERE LIENS
ON THE PROPERTY BUT SHE SAID THEY DO NOT
BELONG TO THEM BECAUSE THEY BOUGHT THE
HOUSE AFTER THE LIENS. I TOLD HER THAT
THE LIENS ARE ON THE HOUSE NOT THE OWNER
OF THE HOUSE AND THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN
PAID WHEN THEY PURCHASED THE HOUSE AT
WHICH POINT CHE CALLED ME AN IDIOT AND
HUNG UP ON ME. SHE SAID THE PROPERTY IS
READY FOR INSPECTION BUT SHE WOULD LIKE
A CALL AT 863-944-2367 SO THEY CAN BE
THERE FOR THE INSPECTION. GC

REFURBISHING IT, NO ONE LIVING IN IT.
SHE WILL HAVE HIM GET A TAG FOR IT. THEY
HAVE BEEN CLEANING OUT GARAGE STILL HAS
SOME CLEANING. THE CAR ON THE RIGHT OF
WAY IS SOMEONE WHO IS LIVING WITH THEM,
ADVISED TO HAVE HIM REMOVE OFF R/O/W SO
IT WON'T GET TOWED. SHE FEELS SHE WILL
HAVE ALL DONE, PRIOR TO GOING TO HEARING
AND WILL CALL BACK TO UPDATE CEO. BSS

CONFIRM TAGS FOR RV, CARS AND TRAILERS
PARKED IN RIGHT OF WAY AND WHITE CAR
SEEN FROM ANOTHER PROPERTY THAT DID NOT
