OTHER, WHICH CE OBSERVED. HE SAID ALL FO
THE VEHICLES WERE HIS, AND ALL OF THE
TAGS WERE REG. TO HIM. HE SAID NO ONE
WAS LIVING IN THE BLDG. BUT CE INFORMED
HIM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS CE OBSERVED
ACTIVITY AT THIS LOCATION THAT WOULD
GIVE THE APPEARANCE OF LIVING IN
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY WHICH IS PROHIBITED.
ALSO INFORMED HIM THAT HE WILL HAVE TO
SPEAK WITH ENGINEERING AND ZONING FOR
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCESS FOR THE
BUSINESS, OF WHICH HE STATED THAT HIS
GIRLFRIEND WAS THE ONE HANDLING THIS.
