AREA APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REMODELED
FAIRLY RECENTLY. THE EXTENT OF THIS
REMODEL WORK MEETS THE REQUIREMENT TO
NEED A PERMIT ISSUED. I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD TO
INFORM OF A PERMIT BEING NEEDED TO
COMPLETE THE WORK THAT IS STARTED.
