04/12/2022 UPSET CALLER STATED HE WAS RECORDING ME
BEFORE MAKING COMPLAINT THAT HE HAS HAD TO OPEN A
NEW COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS PROPERTY EVERY YEAR FOR
THE LAST 5-7 YEARS (THERE IS ONLY ONE PREVIOUS
COMPLAINT IN THE SYSTEM) FOR CHICKENS/ROOSTERS ON
THE PROPERTY AND CE IS SO USELESS THAT LAST TIME
IT TOOK US 6 MONTHS TO GO TO THE PROPERTY (THE
ONLY COMPLAINT IS 2020 IN WHICH WE HAD THE CASE
COMPLIED AND CLOSED IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS) AND WE
NEED TO GET THIS FIXED IMMEDIATLEY BECAUSE HE HAS
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATORS ADDRESS AND PHONE
NUMBERS. WHEN I ASKED THE ADDRESS FOR THE PROPERTY
HE STATED HE DID NOT KNOW BECAUSE NOBODY HAS
ADDRESSES POSTED IN THIS AREA. I FOUND THE
PROPERTY TO BE 336 ABBUCKLE CREEK RD AND HE
FURTHER EXPLAINED IN ADDITION TO THE CHICKENS THEY
ALSO HAVE MULTIPLE CARS HIDDEN TOWARD THE BACK OF
THE PROPERTY WHICH ARE NOT REGISTERED. I EXPLAINED
THAT DUE TO STATE LAW I WOULD NEED HIS NAME AND
ADDRESS ON THE COMPLAINT AT WHICH POINT HE SAID
THAT WAS AN EXCUSE FOR US TO SCARE PEOPLE AWAY SO
WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO OUR JOBS, THEN COMTINUED TO
STATE THAT HE DIDN'T MIND GIVING HIS NAME BECAUSE
HE HOPES THEY COME ON HIS PROPERTY BECAUSE HE WILL
SHOOT THEM. I EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD LIKELY TAKE
AT LEAST 1 WEEK BEFORE THE PROPERTY IS INSPECTED
TO WHICK HE SAID THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I BETTER
TALK TO MY SUPERVISON AND GET SOMEONE OUT THERE
IMMEDIATELY I STATED THAT I WOULD TALK TO MY
SUPERVIOR BUT COULD NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES.
CALLER WAS VERY RUDE THE ENTIRE TIME, I DO NOT
BELIEVE HE WAS RECORDING BE BECAUSE OF HIS
BEHAVIOR BUT IF HE WAS I ASSUME HE WAS TRYING TO
BAIT ME INTO GETTING ANGRY WITH HIM. GC

TRESPASSING WHEN I TRIED TO STATE WHY I
WAS PRESENT HE INDICATE THT HE KNEW WHY
I WAS THERE AT FIRST WAS VERY CRITICALE
OF CE AND STATED STORY ABOUT PERSON WHO
CALLED AND THAT THIS WAS AN ONGOING
DISPUTE WITH HIS NEIGHBOR FOR YEARS HE
LATER INDENTIFIED SELF AS MR REED AND
INDICATED THAT HE HAS TRIED REPEATELY TO
MAKE AMENDS WITH NEIGHBOR WITHOUT
SUCCESS

MR REED APOLIGIZED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR AND
REFUSED TO ALLOW CE OR OTHERS TO WALK
HIS PROPERTY AND WE TALKED ABOUT
VIOLATIONS HE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE TWO
TRUCKKS ON PPERTY WERE IN VIOL OF HAVING
NO VALID TAGS, BUT WITH COSTS OF
INSURANCE AND THEM NOT BEING USED, HE
UNDERSTOOD OUR POSITION AND INDICATED
THAT HE WOULD REMOVE THEM FROM PROPERTY
AND GIFT THEM TO OTHERS

WE TALKED ABOUT CHICKENS AND OTHER FARM
ANIMALS. DURING OIR ENTIRE PRESENCE ON
ROPERTY WE DID NOT OBSERVE OR HEAR OF
ANY FOWL HE DID ACKNOWLEDGE HE HAD ONE
ROOSTER AND AFTER DISCUSSING PREVIOUS
VIOLATIONS HE STATED HE WOULD REMOVE THE
ROOSTER

OVERALL MR REED WAS COOPERATIVE AND I
ADVISED I WOULD REI IN 3 TO 4 WEEKS
