CERT OF OCCUPANCY, OR SEPTIC SYSTEM OR ANY KIND OF
PERMITS.

OBSERVED FROM ROW. THERE ARE THREE
STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY AT THIS TIME.
THERE IS A POLE BARN STRUCTURE IN THE
NORTERN SECTION OF THE PROPERTY, A SMALL
SHED ON SKIDS IN THE MIDDLE PORTION OF
THE PROPERTY TO THE WEST AND A SITE
BUILT STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE
FRONT(SOUTH) OF THE PROPERTY ON THE WEST
SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. THE POLE BARN
STRUCTURE IS EXMPT FROM PERMITTING AS A
NON-RESIDENTIAL AG USE STRUCTURE ON AG
USED LAND. THE SHED ON SKIDS WOULD BE
EXEMPTED ALSO. THE SITE BUILT STRUCTURE
NEAR THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN
INVESTIGATED IN PREVIOUS CASES. THIS
STRUCTURE WAS APPARENTLY CONSTRUCTED IN
1985 AND WAS FULLY INVESTIGATED BY DEP,
SWFWMD, PREVIOUS BUILDING DEPARTMENT
STAFF AND CODE ENFORCEMENT PERSONEL. THE
SEPTIC DISPOSAL WAS BROUGHT INTO
COMPLIANCE BY DEP INVESTIGATION AS
REPORTED IN 2014 CASES. CHECK OF ZONING
RECORDS SHOWS A LARGE PORTION OF THIS
PROPERTY DESIGNATED AS WETLANDS
GENERALLY CONTAINED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE
PROPERTY. ALL STRUCTURES ARE OUTSIDE OF
THE WETLANDS AREA. WE HAVE ISSUED A
REROOF PERMIT FOR THE SITE BUILT
STRUCTURE IN JULY OF 2021 AND ISSUED A
PERMIT FOR FENCING IN AUGUST OF 2021.
PICTURES RECEIVED SHOW REPAIR WORK TO
THE SIDING OF THIS STRUCTURE WHICH WOULD
NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT. STRUCTURE HAS BEEN
INVESTIGATED AND FOUND COMPLIANT
PREVIOUSLY AND WORK BEING PERFORMED AT
THIS TIME IS DETERMINED TO NOT NEED
PERMITTING NOR INSPECTION. I WILL CLOSE
THIS CASE.
