APPRAISER WAS 1945. THIS IS PRIOR TO
ZONING, AND PRIOR TO 2005 WHEN SURVEYS
BECAME REQUIRED. THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
WITH OUR ZONING SUPERVISOR, RACHEL
BARRY, ALSO COPIED. THIS IS WHAT MAKES
THE ENCROACHMENT A CIVIL MATTER BETWEEN
PROPERTY OWNERS. AS I INFORMED YOU,
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY FOR FURTHER
DIRECTION REGARDING THIS. THAT IS WHY A
CITATION WAS NOT ISSUED FOR THE
