AND A NEIGHBOR WAS TENDING TO THE DOGS
AND SAID WOULD PASS MESSAGE ONTO OWNER
THAT CE WAS THERE AND LEFT NOTICE. DOGS
DID BARK HEAR AND THERE WHILE I WAS OUT
ON R/O/W, WHICH IS NOT A VIOLATION.
