THE CONTRACTOR WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE
OF THINGS. I TOLD HER TO CONTACT HER THE
CONTRACTOR BECAUSE THERE IS A PERMIT
REQUIRED AND THE CARPORT HAS TO MEET
SETBACK. I TRANSFERED HER TO ZONING TO
DISCUSS WITH THEM THE SET BACK
REQUIREMENTS.

DOCK HAVE BEEN INSTALLED WITHIN THE PAST
YEAR. MADE SITE VISIT AND OBSERVED FROM
ROW. THERE IS A CARPORT INSTALLED IN THE
FRONT OF THE HOME THAT DOES NOT APPEAR
TO MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS. I COULD
NOT DETERMINE IF THERE WAS A DOCK
INSTALLED IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY
NOR IF IT MET ZONING REQUIREMENTS. I
WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER
OF RECORD TO INFORM OF COMPLAINT AND
THAT A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
CORPORT AND DOCK AT THIS ADDRESS.
