RETURNED CALL THIS MORNING. HE WAS UPSET
THAT SOMEONE HAD CALLED IN ON HIM, AFTER
THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN STORED AND ONSITE
FOR 8 YEARS. HE ALSO STATED THAT THE
CALLER'S NAME AND ADDRESS AS GIVEN TO
HIM BY CLERK PER PUBLIC RECORDS, WAS
BOGUS AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH OUR
PROCESS, HE SAID THAT COMPLAINTANTS
SHOULD BE MADE TO COME INTO THE OFFICE
AND SHOW ID. HE ALSO STATED THAT HE
WOULD MOVE ALL OF TH ITEMS FROM THE
PROPERTY ONTO THE STREET, CE INFORMED
HIM THAT WAS PER OUR DIRECTION. HE ALSO
STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL IN ON
EVERYONE IN THE AREA, THAT THIS WAS
GOING TO START A WAR. HE MADE REMARKS ON
CE SUPERVISOR EL AS WELL AS OTHER COUNTY
OFFICIALS. CE ASKED DAVID IF HE HAD ANY
FURTHER QUESTIONS ON HOW TO COMPLY, HE
SAID NO AND STATED THAT CE OFFICIAL JD
WAS AS USELESS AS EL/BL OFFICIALS. CE JD
EXCUSED HERSELF FROM THE CONVERSATION AS
IT WAS NOT GOING ANYWHERE AND LEFT THE

COMPLAINED ABOUT HIM AND WHAT THE
COMPLAINT SAID. AFTER PROVIDING HIM THIS
INFORMATION HE GOT VERY ANGRY, STATED HE
IS NOT RUNNING A BUSINESS I EXPLAINED
THAT IS NOT WHAT THE OFFICER FOUND IT IS
THE COMPLAINT WE RECIEVED AND BEGIN TO
TELL HIM WHAT THE OFFICERS NOTES SAID
WHEN HE AGAIN FOR VERY ANGRY AND YELLED
"YOU SEND YOUR OFFICER BACK OUT HERE!"
AT WHICH POINT I EXPLIANINED AN OFFICER
WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK OUT AND I
OFFERED TO GET THE OFFICER IN TOUCH WITH
HIM. HE MUNBLED WHAT SOUNDED LIKE CURSE
WORDS AS WE DISCONNECTED. GC

AND WANTED CODE ENFORCEMENT TO IGNORE
THE COMPLAINT AS HIS RESEARCH OF
COMPLAINT DETERMINED THAT COMPLAINANT
WAS A FALSE IDENTITY. I TOLD HIM THAT
THE PROPERTY WOULD HAVE TO BE BROUGHT
INTO COMPLIANCE. HE RESPONDED THAT HE
WOULD CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL THE
VIOLATIONS HE OBSERVED AND "BLOW UP'
YOUR PHONE LINES. HE COMPLAINED THAT
CODE OFFICIAL HAD NOT CALLED HIM BACK. I
TOLD HIM THAT THE CODE OFFICIAL HAD BEEN
IN MEETINGS THIS AFTERNOON AND THAT SHE
WOULD CALL HIM TO MEET AT THE PROPERTY
