THAT DO NOT WORK, ONE IN THE KITCHEN AND
ONE IN THE MASTER BATH. THE WINDOW IN
THE MASTER BATH SHOWS SIGNS THAT IT HAS
LEAKED. IT ALSO SHOWS SIGNS THAT IT HAS
HAD ATTEMPT TO REPAIR. TENANT SAYS THAT
IT IS STILL LEAKING. THE A/C RETURN HAS
AN OPEN DUCT ENTRANCE THAT NEEDS TO BE
ENCLOSED. IN THIS AREA THE SUPPLY LINE
TO THE ADJACENT TUB IS LEAKING CAUSING
MOLD AND PUNGENT SMELL. TENANT REPORTS
ANTS AND ROACHES IN THIS AREA. I SUSPECT
WATER AND OPEN DUCTWORK MAY BE ENHANCING
ENTRANCE OF BUGS. MOBILE HOME HAS
MINI-SPLIT A/C UNITS SO SCREENS ON THE
WINDOWS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT TENANT
WOULD LIKE SCREENS SO SHE CAN OPEN
WINDOWS DURING PLEASANT WEATHER. THE
FENCE HAS FALLEN ON THE FRONT OF THE
PROPERTY. THIS IS NOT A VIOLATION BUT
SIMPLE REPAIR COULD BE ACCOMPLISHED. I
WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER
OF RECORD WITH REQUEST TO CALL THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643) WHEN
REPAIRS ARE MADE FOR REINSPECTION TO
CLOSE THIS CASE.
