STATED THAT THE OWNERS ARE NO LONGER
EMPTYING THE HOLDING TANK AND THE
TOILETS ARE BACKING UP, SHE WANTED TO
KNOW WHAT WE COULD DO. EXPLAINED WE
CANNOT MAKE THEM EMPTY THE TANKS BECAUSE
THAT WOULD BE REQUESTING THAT THEY
VIOLATE THE CODE, EXPLAINED TO HER THAT
SHE IS ALSO VIOLATING THE CODE. ADVISED
HER TO LEAVE THE SITUATION AND FIND A
NEW PLACE TO LIVE SO THAT NEITHER SHE OR
THE OWNERS ARE IN VIOLATION OF CODE AND
NOBODY IS FINED OR LIVING IN UNHEALTHY

DRAINS IT AND DUMPS INTO THEIR TANK.

THEIR INSPECTION. GAVE UNTIL 11-11 TO
COMPLY, AND ASKED HER TO HAVE HER
HUSBAND PROVIDE CE WITH THE ATTY NAME
