OUT OF HIS DRIVEWAY. EXPLAINED THAT THE
FENCE HAS BEEN CUT NOW AND IS WITHIN
CODE, EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS INSTRUCTED
TO GET IT PERMITTED AND IF HE DOES THEN
IT WILL A FULLY COMPLIED FENCE THAT CAN
ONLY BE CHALENGED IN A CIVIL DISPUTE OF
IF HE DOESN'T GET A PERMIT THEN HE COULD
OPEN A COMPLAINT WITH THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT. HE STATED THAT HE DOESN'T
THINK THE OWNER WILL GET THE PERMIT AND
WILL SELL IT LEAVING HIM TO HAVE TO
CHALLENGE HIS NEW NEIGHBORS ABOUT THE
LACK OF PERMIT WHICH IS WHAT HE DIDN'T
