REHABILITATED. THE ROOF ASSEMBLY IS
QUESTIONABLE. THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF
WATER INTRUSION BUT THE ROOF IS WELL
AGED. THE INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD
WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED/REPAIRED. THERE
IS ONE WINDOW WITH A BROJKEN PANE OF
GLASS THAT WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRD. THE
REAR ENTRY DOOR WILL HAVE TOP BE
REPLACED. THERE ARE SEVERAL ELECTRICAL
OUTLETS THAT ARE NOT SECURE TO THE WALL.
THEY WILL HAVE TO BE SECURED TO THE
WALL. THEN UTILITY ROOM WALL NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED. ALL INTERIOR DOORS MUST CLOSE
AND LATCH PROPERLY. GFCI PROTECTED
OUTLETS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
KITCHEN AREA. AN OPERABLE SMOKE DETECTOR
WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED. ALL A/C DUCT
WORK MUST BE R-8.
