1986 LIBERTY MOBILE HOME IN FAIR
CONDITION. STRUCTURALLY SOUND WITH NO
STRUCTURAL DEFECTS AND CLASSIFIED AS
MANUFACTURED FOR WIND ZONE 3. THE
EXTERIOR ENTRY DOORS HAVE BEEN REPLACED
AT SOME TIME WITH STANDARD EXTERIOR
ENTRY DOORS. THE FLOORING HAS BEEN
UPGRADED WITH TILE AND WOOD FLOOR
COVERINGS AND IT APPEARS THAT THE
KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE BEEN REPLACED.
ITEMS THAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED ARE
1. THE FLOOR INSULATION AND BOTTOM BOARD
IS DAMAGED AND MISSING AND WILL NEED TO
BE REPAIRED/RPLACED.
2. WINDOWS ARE OPERABLE BUT 2 ARE
MISSING THE LOCKS TO SECURE IN POSITION.
3. THE WINDOW IN THE BATHROOM HAS A
BROKEN PANE OF GLASS THAT WILL NEED TO
BE REPLACED.
4. WINDOWS WILL NEED SCREENS INSTALLED.
5. THE WATER HEATER HAS THE RELIEF LINE
EXTENDED INTO THE PAN AND THE PAN DRAIN
EXTENDS BENEATH MOBILE HOME. AHJ WILL
NEED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THEIR
REGULATIONS.
6. THERE ARE NO SMOKE DETECTORS IN THE
MOBILE HOME AT THIS INSPECTION.
7. GFCI PROTECTED OUTLETS WILL NEED TO
BE INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
AREAS.
8. THERE ARE ELECTRICAL DEVICES THAT DO
NO HAVE COVERS INSTALLED. 3 IN THE
KITCHEN AND THE SWITCH IN THE BEDROOM.
9. THE EXTERIOR LIGHT AT THE REAR ENTRY
DOOR IS MISSING AND THE SWITCH HAS A
BLANK COVER ON IT. THIS SWITCH AND LIGHT
WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND MADE
FUNCTIONAL.
10. TILE WORK AROUND THE BATHOOM WINDOW
NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED.
11. THE BATHROOM DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE
PROPERLY TO PROVIDE PRIVACY AND NEEDS A
PRIVACY LOCK INSTALLED.
12. THE INTERIOR OF THE UTILITY ROOM
WALLS ARE UNFINISHED AND A NEW DRYWALL
CEILING HAS BEEN INSTALLED THAT IS
UNFINISHED.
13. THERE ARE NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WATER
INTRUSION DUE TO ROOF LEAKS BUT ROOF
APPEARS TO BE THE ORIGINAL ROOF AND WELL
AGED.
