UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE NOT QUALITY
ASSURANCE AND IF SHE HAS ENTERED INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH SOMEONE TO CUT THE YARD
SHE NEEDS TO PAY HIM WE CANNOT BE
CHECKING UP ON HIM SO THAT SHE CAN DENY

READ ME A PREPARED WRITTEN STATEMENT AS
TO WHY THEY CANNOT CUT THE GRASS. WHICH
CAN BE SUMMED UP AS THEY ARE IN CANADA
AND CANNOT COME BACK BECAUSE THE US
BORDER IS CLOSED (EVEN THOUGH THE
CANADIAN BORDER IS OPEN) AND THE
LANDSCAPER WHO THEY HAVE HIRED TOLD THEM
HE CAN NO LONGER CUT THE GRASS. THEY DO
NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEIR GRASS IS AN
ISSUE WHEN THEY HAVE MAINTAINED THEIR
PROPERTY FOR 10 YEARS AND THEIR
NEIGHBORS BARELY MAINTAIN THEIR
PROPERTY. I EXPLAINED THAT THE ISSUE
ISN'T HER NEIGHBORS AND THEY MAY HAVE
BEEN CITED AS WELL BUT THE ISSUE IS HER
GRASS WHICH IS HIGHER THAN 18 INCHES.
SHE ASKED ME IF WE COULD CUT IT, I
EXPLAINED THAT WE CANNOT. SHE ASKED FOR
A RECOMMENDATION FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN CUT
IT, I EXPLAINED THAT I CANNOT MAKE A
RECOMMENDATION BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE
ANY VENDORS WERE ARE APPROVED TO GIVE
OUT AND I AM NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE A
PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION. SHE THEN ASKED
IF WE COULD ASK HER NEIGHBORS TO CUT IT,
OR MAKE THE PEOPLE WHO CUT THE RIGHT OF
WAY CUT IT. I EXPLAINED THAT IS NOT
SOMETHING WE CAN DO. SHE WAS VERY
INDIGNANT AND KEPT REPEATING HER REASONS
WHY SHE CAN'T HAVE IT CUT AND
COMPLAINING ABOUT HER NEIGHBORS AND THE
BORDER UNTIL FINALLY I EXPLAINED TO HER
THAT THERE WAS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT
THOSE ISSUES AND I WOULD NEED TO END THE
CALL IF THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE TO TALK
ABOUT. SHE STATED THAT IT IS GOING TO
SIT LIKE THAT UNTIL THE US BORDER OPENS.
