THE FRONT PORCH HAS COLLAPSED. THIS WILL
HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW PORCH.
THE ROOF ASSEMBLY IS IN DIRE NEED OF
REPLACEMENT. SEVERAL AREAS SHOW SIGN OF
WATER INTRUSION INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE CLOSET IN THE BEDROOM,
THE HALL BATH AND AROUND THE LIGHT
FIXTURE IN THE DINING ROOM AREA. THERE
ARE ALSO LEAKS AROUND THE WINDOWS IN THE
LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM AREAS. THESE
LEAKS HAVE CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE WALLS
AND WINDOW SILLS. THE REAR ENTRY DOOR
DOES NOT HAVE HARDWARE INSTALLED. THE
KITCHEN SINK BASE CABINET HAS A DAMAGED
FLOOR AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED/REPAIRED.
THERE IS A LARGE CRACK IN THE LIVING
ROOM CEILING THAT IS IN DANGER OF
CEILING FAILURE AND COLLAPSE. THE ENTRY
DOORS ARE NOT WEATHERTIGHT AND THE FRAME
OF THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR IS ROTTED. DOORS
MUST BE ABLE TO SEAL TO EXTERIOR
ENVIRONMENT. THERE IS ALSO SKIRTING
MISSING AROUND THE UNIT THAT NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED. I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD WITH REQUEST
TO CALL THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
(863-402-6643) WHEN REPAIRS ARE MADE FOR
REINSPECTION TO CLOSE THIS CASE. PERMIT
WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE ROOF
REPLACEMENT AND REPLACEMENT OF THE
EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS IF THEY ARE
REPLACED.
