EXPLAINED THAT I COULD OPEN A NEW CASE
WHICH HE DID NOT SEEM TO WANT TO DO,
INSISTED I REOPEN THE OLD CASE. CALLER
STATED HE JUST HAD A SURVEY DONE AND
THEY STAKED HIS PROPERTY BUT HE HAS NOT
RECIEVED THE SURVEY YET. SAYS THAT SOME
OF THE TRASH IS ON HIS PROPERTY, ASKED
IF HE CAN REMOVE IT. ADVISED THAT YES IF
IT IS ON HIS PROPERTY HE CAN, BUT WE
CANNOT GET INVOLVED WITHOUT A SURVEY
SHOWING THE ITEMS ARE ON THE PROPERTY
OTHERWISE THIS WOULD BE A CIVIL

ALLOW ONE MORE WEEK, ONLY BECAUSE THEY

NOTHING SHE COULD DO. THE PROPERTY HAS
DOGS ON IT THAT GET OUT OFTEN, ONE OF
THE DOGS BIT HER WHEN IT GOT OUT SO SHE
ADVISED TO BE CAREFUL OF HIM AND THE
DOGS IF YOU ARE NEAR THE PROPERTY. GC
