TENNANT CALLED WITH
ELECTRICAL AND LIGHT SOCKETS MISSING PLASTIC
COVERING, JUST EXPOSED ELECTRIC WIRES IN A HOLE IN
THE WALL. IN KITCHEN, LIGHT IS UNSAFELY PUT IN
WITH A WIRED CONNECTED OUTSIDE OF THE WALL.
BEDROOM LIGHTS DONT WORK.
WINDOWS FALL OUT OF FRAME, HAVE TO HOLD THEM OPEN
WITH A STICK, THEY DONT STAY UP. WINDOWS CAN BE
PULLED OUT FROM THE OUTSIDE.
ONLY ONE LOCK ON WORKS.
LANDLORD IS RAISING FEES DUE TO COMPLAINTS.
LANDLORD IS ALSO SITTING AT THE EDGE OF THE ROAD
AND RECORDING TENNANTS AND TAKING PICTURES THROUGH
PEOPLES WINDOWS.
MIKE IS MANAGER, AND ROY IS OWNER/LANDLORD.

FUNCTIONAL, THE EXHAUST FAN IN THE
BATHROOM DOES NOT WORK AND THE CABINET
HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED TO HER
SATISFACTION. SHE ALSO REPORTED THAT
THERE ARE ROACHES BUT THAT MANAGEMENT
HAS HAD EXTERMINATOR OUT BUT ROACHES ARE
STILL PRESENT. I WILL SEND A COPY OF
THIS REPORT TO MANGEMENT FOR THEIR
INFORMATION WITH RECOMMENDATION THAT ALL
OF THE WINDOWS IN THIS COMPLEX NEED TO
BE REPLACED AND THE RAILING ON THE
STAIRWAY NEEDS TO BE SECURED.

OUT FROM HER LIGHT FIXTURES, EXPLAINED
TO HER THAT CODE ENFORCEMENT CANNOT GO
INSIDE A HOME AND JUDGE IF IT IS FIT TO
LIVE IN THAT THIS IS A COMPLAINT FOR THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND I WILL NEED TO
GET SOMEONE FROM THERE TO CALL HER BACK.
SHE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY ANSWER, OR
THAT I COULD NOT SEND SOMEONE OUT
