SPIRINKLER SO THAT IT DOESN'T HIS HIS
GRASS (I EXPLAINED THAT WE CANNOT DO
THIS). HE ALSO TRIED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT
OTHER PROPERTIES THAT HE SAYS ARE IN
VIOLATION WHILE HE IS IN MAINE AND HAS
BEEN FOR SOME TIME (EXPLAINED THAT I
CANNOT PUT COMPLAINTS IN THAT HE CANNOT
CURRENTLY SEE AND VERIFY ARE NOT IN
COMPLAINCE). HE THEN COMPLAINED THAT A
VACANT LOT AT THE END OF THE STREET HAS
HIGH GRASS (I EXPLAINED THAT WE CANNOT
ENFORCE HIGH GRASS ON VACANT LOTS AND
HIS LOT IS DIFFERENT BECAUSE HIS LOTS
HAVE BEEN STRAPPED TOGETHER AS ONE LOT
SO THE LOT IS NOT VACANT BECAUSE OF HIS
HOUSE). ULTIMATELY IT SEEMED HE WAS
TRYING EVERYTHING HE COULD TO DIVERT
