INSPECTION.
1. THE BOTTOM BOARD AND FLOOR INSULATION
WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED IN AREAS.
2. THE EXTERIOR SIDING WILL HAVE TO BE
COMPLETED. AT THIS TIME THE EAST SIDE OF
THE UNIT HAS INTERIOR PANELING ON THE
EXTERIOR OF THE UNIT.
3. THE WATER HEATER RELIEF LINE WILL
NEED TO BE REPAIRED.
4. 2 SLIDING GLASS DOOR UNITS WILL NEED
TO BE REPAIRED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY OR
BE REPLACED.
5. THE WINDOW IN THE KITCHEN AREA WILL
NEED TO BE REPLACED OR INFILLED.
6. THE DRYER VENT MUST BE EXTENDED TO
THE EXTERIOR SIDING.
7. THE DRYER PLUG CONNECTION MUST BE
ACCESSIBLE.
8. THE DRAINS IN THE KITCHEN SINK AND
THE SINKS IN THE MASTER BATHROOM MUST
HAVE AIR ADMITTANCE VALVES INSTALLED.
9. ALL EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
MUST HAVE WATER PROOF COVERS.
10. GFCI PROTECTED OUTLETS MUST BE
INSTALLED IN THE KITCHEN AREA.
11. AN OPERABLE SMOKE DETECTOR MUST BE
INSTALLED IN THE UNIT.
