STRUCTURALLY SOUND. THE UNIT DOES HAVE
WOOD SUB-FLOOR ISSUES WITH AREAS THAT
ARE WEAK AND UNSTABLE. FLOORS HAVE NOT
COLLAPSED AT THIS TIME BUT REPAIRS ARE
NEEDED. THERE IS A WINDOW WITH BROKEN
GLASS THAT NEEDS REPAIR. UNIT APPEARS TO
HAVE HAD A TPO MEMBRANE ROOF OVER
INSTALLED. I INFORMED KRISTI THAT I HAD
NO CONCERNS WITH HER REHBILITATING THIS
