MR. GOSS HAS NO TRESPASSING SIGNS AND A GATE
DENYING ACCESS TO RESIDENTS OF KISSIMMEE RIVER
SHORES. THE PROPERTY HE IS BLOCKING IS NOT HIS.
THIS PROPERTY IS CLEARLY PART OF THE BOAT BASIN
AND ROAD WHICH AT ONE TIME WENT TO A BRIDGE TO THE
ISLAND. EVERY PROPERTY OWNER HAS THE RIGHT TO
THESE COMMON AREAS AS RECORDED IN THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF EVERY PROPERTY. MR. GOSS ALSO HAS A
TRUCK WITH NO TAG AND OTHER MATERIALS ON THIS
PROPERTY WHICH RESIDENTS WANT REMOVED. WE HAVE A
GOAL TO RESTORE THIS AREA TO THE PICNIC AND
FISHING AS IT WAS INTENDED. PLEASE NOTE MR. GOSS
CAN BE A NASTY PERSON, I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE.

ROAD/RAMP AT THE END OF TIN HOUSE ROAD.
ALL OTHER VIOLATIONS MENTIONED IN THE
COMPLAINT WERE UNFOUNDED, THE PROPERTY
IS VERY CLEAN, AND ALL VEHICLES WERE
SECURED INSIDE GARAGES. CLOSING
