TO CE SUPERVISOR, SHE WAS UNAVAILABLE SO
SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL IN THE NEXT DAY
TO SPEAK TO CE SUPERVISOR TO DISCUSS

JUDITH SINCE THE 3RD. INFORMED HER ON A
CALL LAST WEEK, THAT CE WOULD LIKE TO
WALK HER PROPERTY TO ADDRESS HER
CONCERNS REGARDING TRASH/DEBRIS,
CONCRETE COMING FROM SHERRY'S PROPERTY
ONTO HERS. SHE HAD CALLED IN ON THE 1ST
OF MARCH AND INFOMRED CE CLERK THAT THE
VIOLATIONS WERE NOT CORRECTED FROM
PREVIOUS COMPLAING ON 3513 KEARLY. CE JD
WHEN SPEAKING WTIH HER INFORMED HER THAT
CE WOULD LIKE TO WALK THE PROPERTY WITH
HER SO THAT SHE COULD SHOW CE WHAT
CONCERNS SHE HAD FROM HER PROPERTY, SO
CE COULD ADDRESS IT, WHEN SHE CAME BACK
INTO TOWN. JUDY INFORMED CE THAT IT
WOULD BE 2 WEEKS. AT THAT POINT CE
OPENED A CASE TO SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION
TO FOLLOW UP WITH JUDY. WHILE CE HAD
JUDY ON THE PHONE, CE INFORMED HER THAT
THERE WERE CONCERNS WITH THE HT. OF THE
EXTENTION OF THE PERMITTED CHAIN LINK 6'
FENCE. THERE WAS SCRIM ADDED THAT
EXTENDS THE THE "FENCE" ABOVE THE
ALLOWED 6'. JUDY STATED THAT IT WAS NOT
PART OF THE FENCE, AND CE ASKED TO SEE
THIS, TO SEE HOW IT WAS INSTALLED, AND
THAT CE WOULD REVIEW THIS WITH STAFF.
AFTER REVIEW WITH STAFF, IT WAS
DETERMIED THAT ANYTHING OVER THE 6'
ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL, WOULD HAVE TO
MEET SET-BACKS FOR THAT ZONING DISTRICT.
EMAIL COMPLAINTS WERE ALSO RECIEVED BY
NEIGHBORING PROPERTY OWNERS REGARDING
THE HEIGHT OF THE FENCE, PER RB.
