DOOR)BUT ONCE REPAIRED HE FEELS
NEIGHBORS WILL COME INSIDE IN THE MIDDLE
OF THE NIGHT. SAW SOME BROKEN WINDOWS,
THE DOORS ARE NOT ON CORRECT. WROTE FOR
5.6-3, 5.6-2(2), 12.16.101 AND 12.19.305

02-16-202104:28 PMINITIAL INSPECTIONMADE SITE VISIT. THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL
MOBILE HOME THAT IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND
AND IN NEED OF SOME REPAIRS. NEIGHBORS
REPORT THAT OWNER WAS BAKER ACTED AND
DAMGED THE HOME BEFORE ACTION WAS TAKEN.
THERE ARE 4 WINDOWS WITH BROKEN GLASS
AND 3 OTHERS THAT ARE COVERED WITH
PLYWOOD. THERE IS BROKEN GLASS ON THE
CARPORT SLAB THAT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED
UP. BOTH ENTRY DOORS ARE DAMAGED TO
POINT THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO BE
SECURED. DOORS ARE IN CLOSED POSITION
BUT NOT ABLE TO BE LOCKED. THE POWER IS
STILL ON AND THERE IS A VEHICLE IN THE
DRIVEWAY. PREMISES ARE RELATIVELY KEPT
AT THIS TIME. THE WINDOWS NEED TO BE
REPAIRED/REPLACED AND THE 2 ENTRY DOORS
WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. I WILL SEND A
COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD
AND TURN OVER TO CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR
THEIR PROCESS AND PROCEDURES FOR
REPAIRS.
