INFORMED THAT THE DEP CASE WAS ON HOLD
UNTIL THE COUNTY WORKED THROUGH OUR
PROCESSES. OF THE CODES CITED AND
INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN ON THE WARNING
CITATION, THE ONLY ITEM WHICH HAS NOT
FULLY BEEN COMPLETED IS THE TREE DEBRIS
LOCATED IN THE POND. IN COVERSATIONS
WITH DEP, ADAM JAROSH IS INVESTIGATING
WHETHER OR NOT THE TREE DEBRIS CAN
REMAIN AS FILL IF THEY ARE PERMITTED TO
FILL THE POND; ALSO INVESTIGATING THE
SAND. SINCE THERE HAS NOT YET BEEN A
CLEAR DETERMINATION FROM DEP AS TO
WHETHER THIS IS TRULY A VIOLATION, WE
WILL CLOSE OUR CASE SO THAT DEP CAN MOVE
FORWARD. IF DEP DETERMINES THAT THE TREE
DEBRIS IS NOT PERMITTED TO REMAIN, WE
CAN/WILL REOPEN OUR CASE.

REMOVED A LOT OF THE ITEMS FROM THE
POND. ASKED THAT CE LOOKED AT IT, CE
ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY, THE BULIDING
MATERIALS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, HOWEVER THE
TREE DEBRIS STILL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
DILLAN PROVIDED RECIEPTS FOR PROPER
DISPOSAL. CALLED DILLAN AND EXPLAINED
THAT THE TREES NEED TO COME OUT, HE WAS
NOT SURE IF THE BIG TREES NEEDED TO COME
OUT, INFORMED HIM YES. AND ALSO INFORMED
HIM THAT IF HE HAS TO GET EQUIPMENT TO
REMOVE THESE TREES, THAT IS ALLOWED,
JUST NO MOVING THE SAND/EARTHWORK, UNTIL
THE PROEPRTY IS COMPLIED. STILL WAITING
ON INFORMATION BACK FROM THE STATE IN
REGARDS TO POSSIBLE FILLING OF THE POND.

TODAY, VARIOUS TIMES:
1. REVIEWED CASE WITH PLANNING
SUPERVISOR, MC. SHE WAS DOING ADDITIONAL
RESEARCH REGARDING THE PROPERTY, AS TO
IF THE POND WAS MAN MADE, AND WHEN.
2. DILLAN RATLIFF CAME INTO THE OFFICE
MONDAY AND TODAY TO MEET WITH PLANNING
863-991-1519 CELL. PLANNING INFORMED HIM
THAT CE WOULD BE ONSITE THIS AFTERNOON.
3. RECIEVED CALL FROM S.O. RG-HIS
DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE
SITUATION AND WANTED TO MEET CE ONSITE
TO REVIEW THE CASE.
4. CE MET SO ONSITE, WALKED THE FRONT
PROPERTY-CE CONTACTED DILLIAN WHO
ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE REAR PROPERTY TO
GET A CLOSER LOOK AT WHAT EXACTLY HE
NEEDED TO CLEAN UP. EXPLAIN TO HIM WHAT
NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND ALSO, CE WANTED
DUMP TICKETS TO SHOW THAT IT WAS BEING
TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED LANDFILL.
5. RECIVED CALL FROM INVESTIGATOR A.
JAROSH FROM DEP. INFORMED HIM OF THE
SITUATION AND OF WC ISSUED, AND THAT CE
FELT THAT THE PROPERTY WOULD COME INTO
COMPLIANCE. HE REQUESTED PHOTOS' WHICH
WERE SENT VIA EMAIL ALONG WITH A BRIEF
REPORT OF DETAILS REGARDING THE CASE. HE
WILL WAIT FOR CE TO FINISH THIER
PROCESS, CE WILL UPDATE HIM ACCORDINGLY.
6. REPOSTED WC AS DILLIAN STATED HE DID
NOT RECEIVE ON HIS PROPERTY MONDAY.
INFORMED HIM THAT CE WOULD ALSO MAIL
THIS TO HIM, AND ALSO HIS MOTHER WOULD
BE GETTING COPIES OF THIS IN THE MAIL,
CERT/REG MAIL. HE STATED HIS MOTHER WAS
AWARE OF THE SITUATION.
DILLIAN IS WILLING TO COMPLY WITH CODE,
AND NEEDS TIME AS HE WORKS ALOT.
INFORMED HIM NOT TO MOVE ANY OF THE DIRT
PLACED AT FRONT UNTIL WE HAVE THIS
ACCUMULATION CLEANED UP AND PLANNING IS
OK WITH HIM FILLING IN THE POND. HE
STATED HE WOULD WAIT, HOWEVER HE WOULD
BE USING SOME OF THE DIRT AT THE FRONT
RETAINNG WALL TO FINISH THE SMALL WALL
UP FRONT, INFORMED HIM THAT WAS OK. HE
IS VERY NICE, AND FEELS TERRIBLE FOR THE

CE WAS AT THEIR HOUSE. HE WANTED TO KNOW

A W. CIT. AND EXPLAINED WHAT IT WAS FOR.
HE SAID HE IS CLEANING UP HIS BACK YARD
AND AROUND THE POND AND FINDING COME
SCRAP AND TRASH THAT HE PLANS ON
THROWING AWAY. I TOLD HIM THE TREE
DEBRIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AS WELL AND
GAVE HIM A CALENDER MAGNET WITH
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROPERLY REMOVED
THE ITEMS, DR FROM PLANNING SPOKE TO HIM
AS WWELL AND SAID THEY WILL REVIEW IF AN
ECR WILL BE REQUIRED AND GET BACK TO HIM
ON THEIR FINDINGS. DILLANS NUMBER IS

SHE STATED THERE IS WETLANDS, AND THEY
WILL NEED ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE-THE
TREE WORK LOOKS MORE LIKE CHAIN SAW WORK
AS THE ROOT BALL HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED
FROM THE GROUND, HOWEVER, THEY HAVE
MOVED A LOT OF THE EARTH AND HAVE PLACED
AN OLD CHICKEN COOP AND OTHER
ACCUMULATION INTO THE POND TO TRY TO
FILL IT IN. NEIGHBORING PROPERTY OWNER
ALLOWED FOR ME TO WALK THEIR PROPERTY TO
GAIN ACCESS TO THE VIOLATION FROM THEIR
PROPERTY. WILL FOLLOW UP WITH PLANNING
IN REGARDS TO THE LAND CLEARING PERMIT.
ALSO, CALLER ADVISED THERE ARE TURTLES,
INFORMED THEM TO CONTACT FISH AND GAME
FOR THIER INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY. JD
