THE EXISTING DWELLING ON THE LOT NEXT
DOOR. HE ASKED HOW MUCH TIME HE HAS FOR
CORRECTION; I LET HIM KNOW CE IS NOT
SCHEDULED TO COME BACK OUT UNTIL 3/1/21,
SO HE HAS A FEW WEEKS TO WORK ON THIS.
NEXT STEP WOULD BE A WARNING CITATION

THEIR NEW LOCATION ON 621 BUT BECUASE OF
COVID THEY ARE DELAYED. SHE ADVISED SHE
KNEW THE ZONING SUPERVISOR AND CE
REQUESTED SHE MAKE CONTACT AS THE MOST
WE CAN DO IS GIVE THEM 30 DAYS TO
RESPOND. SHE ADVISED SHE WOULD COUNTACT
RB. IN ADDITION, CE ADVISED THEM THE
PARKING OF THE BUS IN ROW WAS NOT
PERMITTED AND SHE INDICATED THAT THE
STAFF WOOULD MOVE IT TODAY. THERE IS
ANOTHER SHED ON PROPERTY, IT IS ZONED
M-1S SO NEITHER SHOULD BE HERE. SHED IS
OUTFITTED AS AN OFFICE, NO-RESIDENCE.
