WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE 3RD TO GET THE
GRASS MOWED, AS SHE IS ON A FIXED
INCOME-AND WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR HER
BENEFITS TO COME IN TO HIRE SOMEONE. WE
ALSO SPOKE ABOUT THE ROOF, AND EXPLAINED
TO HER THAT WOULD BE A CITATION VIA THE
BLDG. OFFICIAL. GAVE HER HOUSING PHONE
NUMBER VIA TEXT PER HER REQUEST. WE
TALKED ABOUT THE TRUCK, AND CE INFORMED
HER THAT I HAVE SEEN AND TAGGED THIS
TRUCK BEFORE, IT LEAVES AND COMES BACK,
SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS, AND
WOULD HANDLE THIS WITH HER SON, WHO IS
GOING TO REMOVE IT AGAIN FROM THE
PROPERTY. INFORMED HER THAT CE HAS
WRITTEN THIS PROPERTY ON SEVERAL
OCCASIONS, AND ITS DISSAPOINTING THAT IT
KEEPS COMING INTO VIOLATION AGAIN AND
