MADE SITE VISIT AND FOUND THE MOBILE
HOME VACANT, LOCKED AND SECURED. FROM
EXTERIOR INSPECTION THE FRONT AND REAR
STEPS ARE FIBERGLASS UNITS WITH
ADDITIONAL WOOD STEPS AT LOWER LEVELS.
THE STEPS APPEAR TO BE STRUCTURALLY
SOUND ALTHOUGH THE HANDRAILS ARE IN NEED
OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. I WILL SEND A
COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD
WITH REQUEST FOR ENTRY TO MAKE INTERIOR
INSPECTION BEFORE NEW TENANT IS MOVED
IN. PLEASE CONTACT THE BUILDING
DEPARTMENT (863-402-6643) TO MAKE
ARRANGEMENTS FOR INSPECTION.
