STILL HAS A FECES SMELL. THERE IS A SHED
AT THE REAR THAT IS OPEN, AND CE
OBSERVED A LOT OF PERSONAL ITEMS IN
THERE THAT ARE OLDER AND WATER DAMAGED,
ALLOWING FOR HARBOARAGE, NEEDS TO BE
CLEANED. THE TRASH CONTAINERS ARE
TERRIBLE, WITH SMELL. SENT TEXT TO OWNER
WILL MEET THEM ONSITE TOMORROW 12-16 AT
8:30 AM TO REVIEW THE LAST ITEMS THAT

OUT FOR PICK UP, AND WITH THEM NOT BEING
IN A CAN, WE KNOW THIS WILL NOT BE
PICKED UP. HE DID STATE THAT THE POOL
HAS BEEN DRAINED WHICH IS GOOD. TRIED TO
CALL TRISH, BUT THE MAILBOX IS STILL
FULL. SENT HER A DETAILED MESSAGE

SENT A PHOTO TODAY, TO SHOW THEY HAVE
REMOVED ALL OF THE BAGS OF TRASH AT THE
FRONT. INFORMED HER THAT I WOULD LIKE
FOR THEM TO CONTINUE WORKING ON THE
OUTSIDE, AS I WOULD BE THERE MONDAY TO

THE TRASH/DEBRIS AND CLEAN THE PROPERTY.

OUT THERE THIS WEEK, AND IF THE
VIOLATIONS REMAIN, ROSELAND WOULD BE THE
