THIS UNIT IS A TRAVEL TRAILER THAT HAS
HAD SKIRTING INSTALLED TO MAKE UNIT
VISIBLY APPEAR TO BE A PERMANENT
INSTALLATION. THIS UNIT SITS IN AN AREA
OF THE PARK THAT HAS BOTH RV AND
PERMANENT UNITS. IF THIS UNIT HAS BEEN
PERMANENTLY INSTALLED IT WILL REQUIRE A
PERMIT AND INSPECTION. PERMIT WILL
REQUIRE A BLOCKING PLAN AND INSTALLATION
BY A LICENSED MOBILE HOME INSTALLER.
THESE REQUIREMENTS DIFFER FROM THE
STABILIZATION REQUIREMENTS OF A
TEMPORARY SET. IF THIS UNIT IS TO BE
CONSIDERED AN RV/ TEMPORARY INSTALLATION
THE UNIT WILL HAVE TO RELOCATE WITHIN
180 DAYS. I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO THE PARK MANAGEMENT FOR THEIR
INFORMATION AND SO THEY CAN FORWARD TO
