CALL TO VERIFY THERE IS AN INTERIOR DOOR
CONNECTING THE TWO UNITS. IN A
SUBSEQUENT CASE (CE17080159), KELLI,
PREVIOUS OFFICER FOR SOUTH AREA,
INSPECTED WITH REALTOR NAMED AMELIA
(WHICH I'M PRETTY SURE IS MY PROPERTY
MANAGER/REALTOR, SO I CAN REACH OUT TO
HER IF NEED BE) AND WALKED THE INTERIOR
AND VERIFIED THERE IS INTERNAL ACCESS.
NOTES SAY PHOTOS WERE TAKEN, AND HAVE
KELLI AND LINDA'S INITIALS. THIS IS
ANOTHER LOOP HOLE IN THE CODE... THERE
IS NOTHING SAYING THAT YOU CAN'T RENT
OUT SEPARATE BEDROOMS INSIDE YOUR HOUSE,
SO TECHNICALLY SPEAKING, SINCE THERE IS
INTERNAL ACCESS BETWEEN THE UNITS AND
THEY ARE NOT COMPLETELY SEPARATED
INSIDE, THEY CAN KEEP IT AS IS...
