DIDN'T MOVE FORWARD WITH ANY PLANS. I
SUGGESTED SHE USE THE PHRASE "COMMERCIAL
SITE PLAN" WHEN SPEAKING WITH ENGINEER.
I LET THEM KNOW THAT THE DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NEEDS TO COME BEFORE THE BUILDING
PERMITS. NICOLE SAID SHE WOULD START
WORKING ON EVERYTHING FIRST THING MONDAY
MORNING (THEY ARE CLOSED MONDAY'S AND
WILL HAVE TIME TO MAKE
ARRANGEMENTS/PHONE CALLS).

THROUGH HOOPS TO GET THEIR LICENSE".
WHILE TAKING PICTURES, A WOMAN (DID NOT
GIVE HER NAME) DRIVING A BLACK CAR WAS
LOOKING AT THE STICKER IN THE WINDOW AS
WELL AND STATED THE OWNERS HAD CARL COOL
TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING, TO WHICH I LET
HER KNOW WE DON'T HAVE RECORD OF THAT.
SINCE BUSINESS IS CLOSED, WILL FOLLOW UP
IN 2 WEEKS RE. DEVELOPMENT ORDER AND
PERMITS. 30 MIN.

WARNINGS AND INFORMED THEM THAT THEY
NEED TO OBTAIN A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FROM
ENGINEERING DEPT, BUILDING PERMITS FROM
BUILDING DEPT, AND PERMIT FROM DBPR.
GAVE CONTACT INFO FOR ENGINEERING &
BUILDING. COMPANY WHO THEY PURCHASED
STRUCTURE FROM TOLD THEM THEY DID NOT
NEED PERMIT; WILL STOP BY SHED COMPANY
TO EDUCATE ON REQUIREMENT OF PERMITS IN
HIGHLANDS COUNTY. NICOLE WAS VERY
UNDERSTANDING OF REQUIREMENTS AND SAID
SHE WILL GET WORKING ON ALL OF IT FIRST
THING MONDAY MORNING, AS THEY ARE CLOSED
MONDAYS. ALSO INFORMED THEM OF SIGNAGE
REQUIREMENTS ALONG STATE HWY - NO SIGNS
IN ROW ALLOWED; ROW APPEARS TO BE APPROX
45 FEET WIDE FROM EDGE OF PAVEMENT. WILL
FOLLOW UP IN A FEW WEEKS TO CHECK ON
STATUS OF PERMITTING.
