BUYS CARS AND WORKS ON THEM, TO SELL
(HOME OCCUPATION), INFORMED HIM THAT HE
CANNOT USE A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FOR
THIS REASON, HE WOULD HAVE TO GET AN
AUTO MECHANIC PLACE, ZONED FOR IT. HERE
WAS A PILE OF HOUSEHOLD TRASH AT FRONT
OF GARAGE, AND TREE DEBRIS AT SIDE. HE
WOULD NOT WALK WITH CE TO REAR AS HE HAD
IN THE PAST. HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS ARE
PATCHES, AND HE DID NOT AGREE WITH THIS
CODE INFORMED HIM THAT HE DOES HAVE
PATCHY AREAS THAT NEEDS TO BE WEEDED.

A LOT HAS BEEN DONE. ALL NON WORKING
ATV'S AT THE REAR HAVE BEEN REMOVED. HE
HAS TRIMME BACK A LOT OF OVERGROWTH IN
THE REAR, THAT NEEDS TO BE BUNDLED/TIED
AND PLACED OUT FOR PICK UP NEXT WEEK,
GAVE HIM SCHEDULE, AND TOLD HIM BUNDLE
TIE. HE WILL DO IT. HE HAS WEEDED THE
PROEPRTY, BUT STILL HAS SOME TIRES AND
TRASH UP FRONT. THE TRASH IS IN FRONT OF
THE GARAGE, HE SAID THAT WILL BE TAKEN
OUT ON TRASH DAY. THE TIRES ARE GOOD,
(2) HE WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM, HIS WIFE
JUST HAD A FLAT. THE SMALL TRUCK UP
FRONT RUNS, BUT LACKING TAG, THAT IS
STILL IN THE WORKS FROM THE OWNER WITH
POWER OF ATTORNEY IN CALIFORNIA, SHOULD
GET SOMETHING THIS WEEK. INFORMED HIM
THE BED OF THE TRUCK NEEDS TO BE
INSTALED ON THE TRUCK WHEN I RETURN.
BEING THAT SO MUCH WAS DONE, CE ALLOWS
FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS TO GET HIM
THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS. HE IS VERY NICE,
AND WILLING TO COMPLY. WILL REI IN 30 JD

WEED EATER AND FINSIH THE WEEDING, HE
WILL REMOVE ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS. THE
ATV'S IN THE BACK ALL RUN BUT ONE, HE
WILL HAVE IT REMOVED. THE ATV AT THE
FRONT RUNS, AND DRIVES HE HAS TO PUT THE
TIRE BACK ON (WAITING ON A PART FOR
THIS). HE RED TRUCK, HE IS HAVING A
PROBLEM GETTING THE TITLE, AS THE
BROTHER SOLD IT TO HIM, AND THE PERSON
THE BROTHER GOT IT FROM IS IN A NURSING
HOME, THEY HAVE A COURT DATE COMING UP,
WASNT SURE WHEN, BUT MAY BE 30 DAYS.
ONCE THAT GOES TO COURT AND THE PROPERTY
IS TRANSFERED OVER THEY WILL BE ABLE TO
OBTAIN TITLE. ASKED HIM TO PLEASE WORK
ON CLEANING UP THE PROPERTY, SHOW ME
PROOF OF THE COURT DATE, WE WOULD WORK
WITH HIM ON THAT BUT ALL OTHER
VIOLATIONS WILL HAVE TO BE CORRECTED. HE
HAS WORKED WITH CE BEFORE OFF OF BAXTER,
SAID THAT HE KNOWS WHAT HE HAS TO DO.
