DOOR WHO CAME OUT (SAID HE WAS A
PROPERTY OWNER), INFORMED HIM OF THE
CODE, AND THAT THE RV DOES NOT MEET SET
BACKS, AND IT CANNOT BE LIVED IN. HE
SAID HE WOULD TAKE THE INFORMATION, BUT
IT WAS A TONYA THAT WAS LIVING IN THE
RV. WHO IS ALSO THE OWNER OF THE HOME.
ASKED HIM TO WALK OVER WITH ME TO
EXPLAIN THE SET BACKS, HE SAID HE DID
NOT WANT TO APPROACH THE RV OR TONYA. CE
HANDED THE HT FOR 12.10.218 TO HIM. CE
THEN APPROACHED THE RV, KNOCKED ON THE
DOOR, (TAGS GOOD), TONYA CAME FROM
AROUND THE CORNER. SHE IS HAVING ISSUES
WITH THE OTHER PROPERTY OWNER, SAID SHE
ONLY GOES IN TO USE THE BATHROOM, AND
THEN COMES BACK OUT TO RV (AFTER CE
ASKED ABOUT WASTE WATER), SHE SPENDS
TIME IN THE RV TO GET AWAY FROM THE
OTHER OWNERS. THERE IS A LOT GOING ON AT
THIS PROPERTY BETWEEN OWNERS, BUT CE
INFORMED HER THAT THE RV (WHICH SHE SAID
DOES NOT RUN CURRENTLY AS IT NEEDS A
BATTERY), DOES NOT MEET SETBACKS, AND IT
CANNOT BE HOOKED TO UTILITIES. SHE SAID
SHE WOULD MOVE IT TO THE REAR YARD.
INFORMED HER THAT SHE STILL CANNOT LIVE
IN THE RV AND IT CANONT BE HOOKED TO
UTILITIES. ALSO INFORMED HER THAT CE
WILL HAVE TO GET TO THE REAR YARD FOR
REI IF SHE MOVES IT TO ENSURE THEY HAVE
COMPLIED, SHE SAID SHE IS NORMALLY HOME,
AS SHE IS RETIRED. THEY ARE ALSO USING
THE SIDE PROPERTY AS TRAILS TO RUN THE
DOGS. INFORMED HER THAT THE DOG CAGES
ARE ON THE VACANT LOT, AND WILL ALSO
HAVE TO BE MOVED. AS THIS IS
TRESPASSING. THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO
UTILZE THE SIDE PROPERTY AS THEY DO NOT
OWN. 3 WEEKS TO COMPLY. JD 1 HOUR
