APPEARS SOME OF THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN
FIXED BUT NOT ALL. THERE ARE A FEW
PIECES OF SIDING MISSING AND OTHERS
HANGING/FLAPPING IN WIND. THE SIDING IS
ALSO A VIOLATION OF 12.19.305, WHICH WAS
ON THE WARNING CITATION ISSUED
12/17/2020. FOUND A NOTE TAPED TO THE
FRONT DOOR WARNING PROSPECTIVE BUYERS
ABOUT DAMAGES TO THE HOME. WALKED ACROSS
THE STREET TO SPEAK WITH MR ODDEN BUT
THERE WAS NO ANSWER AT THE DOOR. 45 MIN.

STATUS OF COMPLAINT, WHO IS UPSET THAT
THE PROPERTY "HASN'T BEEN CLEANED UP". I
EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WENT OUT TO THE
PROPERTY AND ADDRESSED THE CODE
VIOLATION THAT WAS PRESENT, THE BROKEN
WINDOWS. I ASKED FOR CLARIFICATION AS TO
WHAT HE WOULD LIKE TO BE DONE WITH THE
PROPERTY, AS WE CAN ONLY ADDRESS THINGS
THAT ARE A VIOLATION OF OUR CODE; WE
CAN'T MAKE SOMEONE KEEP THE LAWN
"MANICURED" AS LONG AS IT IS MAINTAINED
(LESS THAN 18"). HE DOES NOT LIKE THE
LOOKS OF THE PROPERTY, AND IS UPSET THAT
THE COUNTY WON'T MAKE IT LOOK BETTER.
MENTIONED AN OPEN SEPTIC IN THE BACK
YARD; WILL FWD THIS PART OF THE
COMPLAINT TO ENV. HEALTH DEPT. CALLER
STATED THAT HE WOULD CALL BACK NEXT WEEK
AND SPEAK WITH DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

WHICH HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT, AS THE YARD
NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP. HE SAID WE NEED
TO DO OUR JOBS, VERY RUDE ON PHONE.
ADVISED THAT SEEMED THAT ANYTHING CE HAD
TO SAY WASN'T GOING TO MAKE HIM HAPPY
AND THAT OUR CONVERSATION WAS ENDING AS

AGAIN AS IT APPEARS THE COMPNAY THEY ARE
USING IN THIS AREA HAS NOT BEEN
RESPONSIVE. THEY ADVISED THEY INITIALLY
BOARDED UP THE WINDOWS THEN REPLACED THE
BROKEN WINDOWS. THEY DO NOT BELEIVE
THERE ARE ANY MORE BROKEN WINDOWS. THEY
ARE GOING TO CONTACT A SEPTIC COMPANY TO
ADDRESS THE CLAIM OF OPEN SEPTIC. THEY
ALSO DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE ACUMULATION
COMPLAINT BECUASE THEY STATED THE HOUSE
WAS CLEANED OUT AND THE CONTENT WAS
TAKEN TO THE LANDFILL AND NOT JUST
THROWN IN THE YARD? THEY ARE SUBMITTING
A REQUEST TO RE-INSPECT AND THIS HOUSE
IS SUPPOSED TO BE INSPECTED EVERY TWO
WEEKS JPO 1 HOUR
