THAT IT WAS ON THE PERMIT PLOT PLAN BUT
I WOULD LOOK INTO THIS TO ENSURE
COMPLIANCE. ALSO THE CORREGATED METAL,
SHE ASKED ABOUT, INFORMED HER THAT I
STILL HAD TO GET WITH THE BLDG. OFFICIAL
REGARDING THIS TO SEE IF A PERMIT WAS

SURVEY MARKERS. GAVE COPY OF SURVEY TO
SHERRY SMITH. SHE PROVIDED CE WITH
COPIES OF HER SURVEY'S (OLDER ONES) THAT
DO NOT SHOW THE NEW FENCING. INFORMED
HER SHE CAN PROVIDE CE A SURVEY, WHICH
WOULD HAVE TO BE A NEW ONE, SHOWING HER
FENCING NOT ENCROACHING, LIKE THE ONE CE
HAD WHICH WAS CURRENT. SHE WAS NOT
HAPPY, AND SAID THAT THE NIEGHBORS FENCE
HAS MOVED ONTO HER PROPERTY, MAKING HER
SHED NOT MEET SETBACKS. AGAIN, A SURVEY
WOULD HAVE TO BE PROVIDED TO ENFORCE.
SHE HAS ALSO INSTALLED FENCING DOWN THE
OTHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, WHICH IS
ABOUT 4' TALL, MADE OF METAL, INFORMED
HER THAT THIS DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE
PERMIT WHICH WAS PROVIDED. THERE IS ALSO
TWO PANELS OF FENCING THAT IS 6' AT THE
FRONT CORNER, WILL HAVE TO CHECK WITH
ZONING TO SEE IF THAT WOULD BE ALLOWED
ON THIS CORNER LOT, MAY BE OVER THE HT
REQUIREMENT. HER MOTHER WAS THERE AND
WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL THAT CE WAS THERE.
