WERE VISCTIMS OF BAD SALE AND SURVEY AND
RESULT WAS SURVEYOR LOST THEIR STATE
LICENSE. THEIR PROEPRTY IS SURROUNDED BY
10 FOOT DRAINAGE EASMENTS AND ON 3 SIDE
THEY HAVE FENCED THEIR PROPERTY AND HAVE
TALL GRASS AND WEEDS GROWING ABOUT 12
INCHES IN AS THE GROUND, DURING RAINY
SEASON IS WASHING AWAY. THERE IS
SIGNFICANT EVIDENCE OF THIS. A REVIEW OF
INFORMATION INCLUDING MEETING WITH BCC
THAT ADVISED THEM THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO
MOW IT; HOWEVER, THE FENCE OVER
DRAINFIELDS PUT THEM IN VIOLATION. CE
SUGGESTED SEVERAL VINING PLANTS THAT ARE
ORNAMENTAL TO CONSIDER BUT ADVISED THE
WEEDS AND GRASS WOULD HAVE TO BE CUT TO
COMPLIANCE. OWNERS AVISED THEY WOULD
CALL JD IN ENGINEERING WHOM THEY HAVE
BEN WORKING WITH TO TOUCH BASE WITH CE
