INFORMED OF THIS MOBILE HOME THAT HAD
SUFFERED FIRE DAMAGE. I CHECKED WITH THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT AND REVIEWED THEIR
REPORT. THEIR REPORT CONSIDERED THE
STRUCTURE AS A TOTAL LOSS. I CHECKED TO
SEE IF THERE WAS AN OPEN CODE CASE FOR
THIS PROPERTY WHICH THERE WAS NONE. I
THEN MADE SITE VISIT AND MADE INSPECTION
FROM EXTERIOR OF STRUCTURE AS ENTRY WAS
HAZARDOUS. THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE
HOME THAT HAS SUFFERED EXTENSIVE FIRE
DAMAGE. FIRE HAS CONSUMED THE MIDDLE
PORTION OF THE UNIT. ROOF SYSTEM HAS
BEEN CONSUMED OR DAMAGED OVER 80% OF THE
ROOF AREA. REPAIRS TO THE EXTERIOR WALLS
AND ROOF SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE THAT THE
ENTIRE STRUCTURAL LOAD PATH BE
RECONSTRUCTED TO MEET FLORIDA BUILDING
CODE. COSTS OF THESE REPAIRS WILL
CERTAINLY EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE
STRUCTURE. THEREFORE DEMOLITION AND
REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WILL NEED TO
OCCUR. THERE IS ALSO AN ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE, FORMER CARPORT, THAT APPEARS
TO HAVE BEEN ENCLOSED TO POSSIBLY BE
USED AS SHELTER. THIS STRUCTURE WILL
ALSO NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
PROPERTY DURING DEMOLITION AS ACCESSORY
STRUCTURES ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT A
