ORDER FROM THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE. I
INFOMRED THEM THEY DID NOT COMPLY WITH
CE'S REQUESTS AND THEREFORE THIS WAS
BROUGHT TO THE MAGISTRATE AND A LIEN WAS
PLACED ON THE PROPERTY. THEY THEN BEGAN
TO ARGUE THAT THEY DID COMPLY SO I
BROUGHT OUT THE PHOTOS TAKEN BEFORE THE
HEARING SHOWING THE ITEMS ALL OVER THE
PROPERTY AND LACK OF PERMIT FOR THE
ADDITION. THEY STILL DISAGREED THAT
THESE ITEMS ARE KIDS TOYS AND NOT A
VIOLATION. I BROUGHT THE CE SUPERVISOR
WHO TOLD THEM IF THEY DONT WANT TO PAY
AND CLEAN UP THEY CAN CONTEST WITH THE
CIRCUIT COURT. THEY THEN INDIACATED THEY
MAY BUY ANOTHER LARGER SHED TO PUT THE
ITEMS IN, I TOLD THEM THAT WOULD WORK
BUT THEY STILL MAY HAVE FEES TO PAY DUE
TO THE LIEN. THEY STATED THEY ARE IN THE
PROCESS OF GETTING THE SURVEY TO GET THE
PERMIT FOR THE ADDITION. THEY ASKED IF
THEY CAN HAVE MORE TIME BEFORE DAILY
FINES BEGAN, I SAID I DONT KNOW IF THIS
WILL BE POSSIBLE BECAUSE CE HAS NOT SEEN
ANY PROGESS FROM THEM THROUGH THIS WHOLE
PROCESS TO WHICH THEY AGAIN DISAGREED,
