HIGHLANDS COUNTY, WAS REPRESENTED BY
CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL JENNIFER
DAMMANN. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND
THAT PROPER NOTICE OF THE VIOLATIONS HAD
