HIM TIME TO CONTACT HOUSING FOR
ASSISTANCE. HE SAID HE MAY DO THE ROOF
REPAIRS ON HIS OWN, INFORMED HIM THAT HE
WOULD WANT TO CONTACT THE BLDG. DEPT.

THE ROOF ASSEMBLY HAS BLOWN OFF OF THIS
HOME AND EVIDENCE OF ROOF BEING TARPED
REMAINS ALTHOUGH THE TARP HAS
DETERIORATED AND IS NO LONGER PRESENT.
CONDITION OF THE ROOF IS A VIOLATION OF
SHC 12.19.305 (C). AT THIS TIME THERE IS
NOT VISIBLE EVIDENSE OF STRUCTURAL
FAILURE OF THE ROOF SYSTEM. I WILL SEND
A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER OF RECORD
NOTIFYING OF VIOLATION. I WILL INCLUDE
LUCY'S BUSINESS CARD FROM HOUSING
DEPARTMENT AND ENCOURAGE OWNER TO CHECK
WITH HER TO SEE IF ASSISTANCE IS
AVAILABLE FOR HOME REPAIR.
