SITE VISIT AND OBSERVED FROM EXTERIOR OF
STRUCTURE. THIS IS A DOUBLEWIDE OLDER
MODEL MOBILE HOME THAT HAS SUFFERED
SIGNIFICANT FIRE DAMAGE. FIRE CONSUMED
COMPLETE WESTERN END OF THE UNIT. SMOKE
DAMAGE EXTENDS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE
STRUCTURE AND FIRE FIGHTING ACTIVITY
INCLUDED REMOVAL OF THE CEILING MATERIAL
THROUGHOUT THE STRUCTURE. FACTORY
CONSTRUCTED ROOF SYSTEM HAS BEEN
CONSUMED ON THE WEST PORTION OF THE UNIT
AND DAMAGED TO STRUCTURAL UNCERTAINTY TO
NEARLY 50% OF THE UNIT. REPAIR OF THE
EXTERIOR WALLS AND ROOF SYSTEM WOULD
REQUIRE THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE BE
RECONSTRUCTED TO MEET FLORIDA BUILDING
CODE. THE COSTS OF THESE REPAIRS WILL
CERTRAINLY EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE UNIT.
THEREFORE DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL FROM
THE PROPERTY WILL HAVE TO TAKE PLACE.
