VEHICLES INSIDE OF THE BUILDING. HIS
WIFE HAS LANDSCAPPED THE PROEPRTY SO
WELL IT IS EASY TO SEE WHERE SOMEONE
WOULD THINK THIS IS BEING USED AS A
RESIDENCE. THE WORKSHOP AND TOOLS ARE
EXTENSIVE. HE AND HIS WIFE RESIDE AT 536
CATFISH CREEK RD IN LAKE PLACID. THIS IS
NOT A RESIDENCE. THE OWNER IS AWARE OF
THE HIGHER TAX RATE FOR HIS ZONING AND
